Drawer stop

A home owner from Pittsburgh says:
The part is from a Bassett bedroom dresser. It is white plastic at the end of a dresser drawer that keep the drawer from falling down when you pull it out. Is is about 2 3/8" wide at the top. The opening for the guide rail is about 1 1/8". Notice there is an opening for the guide rail and another opening for a piece of wood sticking out of the guide rail. I found a replacement but it only has the one opening.
