Dual Mortise lock for vinyl patio door, purchased at Lowes

A home owner from New Jersey says:
No markings on lock except "Pat Pending". Door is 5 years old, probably Reliabilt, which I'm told by Jeld-Wen could be theirs or Atrium or someone else's, since Reliabilt is a Lowes generic product name.

Length between mounting hole centers is 9-7/8, thickness is 9/16. I'm concerned about the actuator, which is not centered but is 5-1/2" from one side, 4" from the other side. Note that the back side is shorter (9-1/2") than the front side (9-7/8) because the top and bottom surfaces are angled.

Trim plate (no photo) is white, with no hole for anti-slam button, but I can drill one if needed.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for contacting SWISCO.com. Please take a look at the 82-239 mortise latch and see if it matches up to your latch. This might be the same one as yours. It has a removable face plate. Let us know what you think.
A quick learner from Beaver says:
I have the same latch that is in the picture above. I am wondering if the 82-239 worked for him.
