Ebtry Gard sliding glass door

A home owner from East Chatham, NY says:
Not sure if this is the right company...but the name is spelled the same. I have a sliding glass door that works smoothly until about 12 inches from closing...then I have to use brute force to get it past the sticking point. Can you give me an idea what may be the problem.

First, check the top and bottom track to see if the door is rubbing in one (or both) of those places. You may also want to check and see if the active door is rubbing against the stationary door. If the rollers were causing the problem, you would be having trouble in more than one spot. Check and see if the top track is pinched, this could be making the door hard to close. Lastly, check to see if there is a dip or cut in the bottom track.
