After a little over 16 years, the handle had enough. It stopped working. Is the part available? Make date 10/10/2001 Sales Order 01318367. That's all I have.

I am afraid that this exact handle is not likely available anymore. However, our 82-009A patio door handle set may work as a substitute as long as your hole spacing measurement is a match to ours.
