Entry Gard Truth

A home owner from Bridgeport NY says:
We have a Entry Gard number on the long arm is 30472RH on the shorter it is 30842R and the shortest is 20810. The number where the on the crank is 30830.
My husband has highlighted the part that we are after. It looks like part of the bit that screws in to turn that opens the window has worn so it will not screw in.
Can we replace just this bit?
Please advise
Thank you

Gillian

I'm afraid the part you've indicated is not available by itself. If this worm gear has come out, it means the gearing of the operator is completely stripped. You will need a new operator entirely. Start by looking at our 39-032 and carefully go over the dimensions we show. I think this could be a good match.
