Farley Double Hung Tilt-in Windows

A home owner from Upstate NY says:
I needs parts for my Farley Double Hung tip-in windows. See the attached photos. You will notice the broken peg in the first photo and the broken piece is still in the mechanism. What are the parts I will need? Are the parts specific for the right hand and left hand sides of the window? Will I need any specialized tools to complete the repair? I've not yet attempted to remove the broken peg from the mechanism. Any tips on accomplishing this without ruining the mechanism?

Thank you,
Paul

The pivot shoe resembles our 15-046. We don't carry plastic pivot bars, but we have a metal die cast version that may work with some modification. Take a look at our 26-400 and see what you think.

Thanks for the response. Here's a better photo of the part. The overall length is 2 3/8". It is 3/8" from the end of the pivot to the flared part. The 1st hole is 15/16" from the end of the pivot and another 1 3/16" to the next hole.

Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the additional photo. After further review, I believe our 26-400 pivot bar is in fact the closest match we have. Take a look and see if you can make this work.
