Finding Attached Plastic Bracket

Hello, I am trying to track down 12 of these brackets for a Pottery Barn Cabinet. I've tried Home Depot and my local hardware store. Any idea as to where I might track it down? Or something else that may work? Thank you.

Thank you for contacting us. I suggest looking at the 70-197 clear clip or 70-209 white clip. Compare either of these clips with yours to determine which one matches up.
