Finding the right operator!

A quick learner from Massachusetts says:
Please examine my photos.
First I ordered the Swisco 39-089, But it didn't fit.

I order another piece 39-187 with the recommendation you give me but it still not work it still too big i send it back with the old one the one i need!
I need someone to help me get it back with the new one i need! I send it on Saturday it shud be getting there no later than Wednesday

Is your original balance the one on the bottom of this picture? If so, the 39-187 was the proper match. I do not see a prior correspondence associated with your email, so I'm not sure why we would recommend the 39-089. I apologize for that confusion.

I'm afraid we do not have a version of these operators with a smaller link arm. We have tried searching in the past but had no luck. You have two options available: the first is adjusting the bracket that the link arm attaches to so that it better accommodates the new operator. The second is to put the old link arm on the new operator. To do this, you would need to drill out both arms, then attach the old arm on the new operator with our 62-014.
