Code 67-1 HP Series. Glazing strips are brittle and cannot be remove but in pieces.

It looks like you have a Living Window Corp. window. I'm afraid they closed back in 1980. I can't say for sure what glazing this is, but I've made a list of possible matches on the right side of this page.
