A quick learner from Wichita,KS says:
Need some help finding replacement bead like the attached.
This is a basement daylight slider and bead is used on the fix side.
House was built in 1987
User submitted a photo of a glazing bead.

Dave from SWISCO responded:
When you say that this is used on the fixed side of the window, does it hold the pane of glass in the window or does it hold the fixed sash in the window? Could we see a few photos of how this relates to the window? That would help us identify a possible match. Also, do you know the manufacture of the window?
A quick learner from Wichita,KS says:
Thanks for responding
I cannot find anything giving the manufacture.
The bead is used to hold the glass and provide a finish look to the installation. Attached are pictures of a second window with the bead in place along with one showing the window bead removed.

Dave from SWISCO responded:
Your glazing bead is a little unusual. I'm afraid we haven't been able to find an exact match. However, take a look at the following to see if any of these will work as a replacement: our 55-090, 55-186, and 55-192.
A quick learner from Wichita,KS says:
Thanks for the info. I will keep looking.
