The roller on the front part broke and the ball bearings fell out. The part is 22" long but then bent into an L shape and screwed into the back of the cabinet. This part seems to also be the support for the drawer as well as the side slide.

Looks like you have an old Grant roller, which is unfortunately no longer available. Take a look at our 32-061 track and 32-002 bracket and see if you could adapt these to work in your drawer.
