Handle or latch for window

A home owner from Aurora says:

Need handle or latch for window. One pulled completely off downstairs. The only info is on a white sticker on the top of the track. It states SIN 153-137431

We can't find the manufacturer name or warranty info either. Our home was completed Dec 2014.
