Handle replacement

A home owner from Point pleasant says:
op05-7540-03 is on the crank that opens the window (top hinged)
There are no other markings on window at all can be seen
I would like a smaller replacement handle (you can see from the pics the hex part is attached to the handle and a plastic button releases it from the window side
The smaller handle is needed since the original sticks out too far.... maybe a small t-handle or something with the hex part inside it like the one in the picture shows...
Any ideas?

Looks like you have the older style 39-226 hex spline handle. Unfortunately, this kind of hardware isn't made anymore, and as a result our 39-226 doesn't come in any alternate sizes.

If the length of the handle is the main problem right now, you would need to replace the operator with one that uses a different kind of spline. With a different spline, you can use a different handle, which will give you a lot more options. If you want to go this route, send us some photos of the complete operator out of the window and we will do our best to find a match.
