Can you confirm what brand window you have? I suspect this is for a Pella casement window, but I'm not sure. If so, see our 39-403 and 39-404.

I got the same problem as everybody else the crank handle bricks on the left side what's the price for the kit probably one for the left and right side

The new product code for the above-mentioned 39-403 and 39-404 are now the 39-490 and 39-491. We split these off so that they can be sold separately from the lock handle, unlike before.

That said, looking at your photo here, I don't know if our 39-490 and 39-491 will work for you. The design is very different and I'm concerned that they won't fit the contour of your wood trim. Would it be possible for you to remove your old cover and show it to me from a few different angles? Can you also show me the base of the operator with the cover off?
