Harcar channel ballance

A home owner from Florida says:
I am looking for a replacement for this Harcar channel ballance. It has a 9/16ths inch wide, by 5/8ths inch deep, by 20 inch tall channel. Attached are pictures of the front, back, top, bottom, and the stamp.

The stamp says 2330AA B.S.I

What can I replace it with?

Thanks for posting! Before I can offer an applicable replacement for this channel balance, I just need to know a bit more information about the bottom attachment. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?

Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? With a stamp like 2330, the length should be 24", not 20".
A home owner from Florida says:
You are correct in that the length is 24 inches... I lost 4 somewhere in translation. The bottom shoe is 1" deep and therefore matches the 15-005 most closely.

So, what balance you recommend? S380-24?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Yes! I think our 24" Series 380 is a good choice, considering your specifications.

I received my new balances, and they worked so good, I am ordering some more to replace some in windows that are only slightly sticky.

Thanks again...
