Harvey Window part needed that holds up the window when it goes up.

Harvey window used in house built in 1999, part that holds up window is broken as a result of tilting them out to clean. I have attached a couple of pictures.

The problem might be a broken spring in the window balance or a broken pivot bar, which fits into the pivot shoe in your first picture. Can you confirm if either of those parts are damaged? Could you show us pictures of them?
