Help! Window Crank Handle

A quick learner says:
The crank piece on this pulls right off. Still works, but would like to replace it, along with the piece it goes into.. the casing? What would I buy?

I'm not sure what the issue may be. If the handle is worn, you could just replace that, but if that bore is worn, as well, then you'll need an all new operator. I would suspect the diameter of the handle hole is 11/32". Can you confirm? If so, I'd recommend the 39-114L. If you do need a new operator, I will need to see a picture of it out of the window.
