Thanks for posting. We will need the distance between the two screw holes in order to identify the window lock. As for the longer top tilt latches, consider our 26-243 and 26-244. The shorter top tilt latches look like our 26-393 pair. The tilt bar looks like our 26-040 and finally the pivot shoe looks like our 15-11, which is meant to work with the Series 160 coil spring.
