Help finding correct top sash guide

A quick learner from California says:
Hello,
I believe I'm looking for a top sash replacement. I noticed I had a few broken when I replaced the channel balances on some of my windows. I'm learning as I go along. The channel balances running on these windows are 34" series 380. The windows were installed 15 years ago so I have no information to go on.

Thank for your time,
TR

Hello! This top sash guide actually isn't made anymore, but I believe you can use our 18-171 to replace it. The only difference, which is plainly evident as soon as you look at it, is that the 18-171 is taller at the top. You would have to trim this off with a hacksaw to get it to fit in your sash, but once you do that you should be good to go.
