Help finding replacement hinge

A home owner from St. Clair Shores, MI says:

Hello Tom,
I called and spoke to a woman on the phone today at Swisco and after speaking to her she suggested that I send you a photo of the hinge I need despite it already being in the above pic.
Tom I have a lot of these in my house and they are breaking. My main concern about the 32-345 replacement that you suggest is that I am not sure if it is adjustable enough for my application. I have attached a few pics to help you help me! In one of the pics I show the adjustment that I am concerned with. As above my hinge from C/C is 2" but even though my cabinets have plastic inserts for the screws at 2" C/C I can probably make 1-3/4 work if needed.
In any event I just thought that since this original posting was from 2012 that maybe in that time someone will have found an exact match.

Thanks for contacting us, John. The 32-345 does seem to be the only one we have which is like yours. If you were to replace these hinges in pairs, they might work on your cabinets. I have done that for my kitchen cabinets at home when they were similarly different.
