Help identifying a window lock and keeper

A home owner from Kirkland, WA says:
Attached are photos of the part installed and removed (on 1/10" graph paper). The only marking is a "MDC 5" stamped inside the outline of Texas.

The lock screw holes are 2-1/16" apart, like several of your locks, and the lock is 2-13/16" long and 1-5/16" from front to back.

The keeper is 2-1/4" long, 11/16" wide at the ends and 15/16" wide at the center.

Let me know if you need more photos or information.

Thanks for posting. For the lock, see our 90-278. This appears to match your measurements, though make sure the hole offset is the same.

I'm not as sure about the keeper. There are two you could consider: our 90-237 and 90-263. Check them out and tell me if these could work for you.
