Help identifying replacement balances

A home owner from Pembroke Pines, FL says:
Hello I am trying to determine which balances I need to replace the broken ones I have. The existing ones are for PGT windows about 24 yrs old. They are 27" Long by 9/16" I found the stamp 26300 B.S.I on the balances for one window and 26800 B.S.I. on another. I have attached the photos of the existing Balances. Thank you in advance for your help.

Thank you Bill White

Start by looking at our S395-27 channel balance, this looks like it could be a good match. You may want to weigh your sash to confirm that you have the best possible option for your sash weight.
