Good morning! It's hard to say exactly what you have without more detailed dimensions, but please check out our 81-269 Lupton Roller Assembly and carefully compare its dimensions to your own roller. If they differ in any way, let me know exactly how and we can work from there.
A quick learner says:
Dimple width is 11/16
Width is 3/4

Length is 2 3/16
Height is 1 3/16

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Could you confirm those dimensions? Do you have the housing width and dimple width mixed up? Otherwise, the housing would be wider than the dimples, which I don't think is possible!
A quick learner says:
Oops! Width is 11/16. Dimple width is 3/4

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Ah, good. In that case, I think our 81-269 is the closest possible match that we have. All the dimensions seem to line up pretty well. Do you agree?
A quick learner says:
The only problem I see is that the model you recommend is 7/8, mine has less dimple by an 1/8 of an inch at 3/4(14/16 vs 12/16).

Thoughts? I can remeasure also

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Well, it's possible that your dimples have worn down with age and use. We don't have a similar roller with those exact dimensions anyway, though, so our 81-269 is the closest match that we have. Double check your dimensions and see if maybe those dimples are worn. Otherwise, see if you may be able to adapt our 81-269 to work in your door.
