Help with repairing casement window

A friend from Philadelphia says:
I believe the casement window crank handle is stripped and needs to be replaced. Can you tell from my photos if I just need to replace the handle or if the whole operator needs to be replaced? What parts do I need to order?

Thanks,
Anthony

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hello, Anthony. Thanks for getting in touch with us. If the handle is the only thing stripped out, then you should be able to get away by just replacing that. See our 39-224 for a possible replacement. For context, this was designed to install on our 39-092 and 39-091 operators, which very closely match what I see in your pictures. I think it should work for you. If the hex-shaped operator spline itself is also stripped, though, you will also need to replace the operators themselves. Let me know your thoughts!
