Help with tilt windows

A quick learner says:
the pic attached is from my tilt window. The shoes were on bottom of window I tried to loosen and slide shoe up, but it popped out

Thanks for posting. The shoe resembles our 15-014. Is that all you need to replace? The shoe works when the tilt bar pushes down in the middle of the shoe to flip up the metal fork, which unlocks it in the jamb track.

my problem is how do I get the shoe back in the track? Also I have another window Wyth the shoes on the bottom of track. How do I move them up.
