Help w/replacement or repair

A handy person from Anaheim, CA says:
Hello,

Please find attached pictures of my window balances which are in need of repair or replacement. The home was built in the Fall of 1995. I am the original owner.

The metal body is stamped with 32 5 HO Caldwell. The entire rod is 34 inches in length. I have a number of windows which cannot stay up by themselves.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated as to how I can repair my windows and place them back in working order. Thank you so much.

Sure, please see our S385-33 channel balance. I think you'll find this is a good match. Keep in mind the length is determined by only measuring the metal channel.
