Hinge replacement

Hello,

I have a framed glass shower door with plastic/nylon pivot door hinges. The tope hinge snapped and I'm trying to find a replacement. I'm not sure if it is by SWISCO, but in searching online, pictures of your hinges came the closest. Unfortunately, there are no part names or numbers on the door. Below the first picture is the hinge that snapped off. I also have a picture of the intact lower hinge and the piece that the top hinge snapped off of that is still in the door. Can you please review and let me know if you might be able to help. Thank you in advanced.

Try as I might I could not find the parts you need for your pivot door. Do you think you can make up a base and use one of the following Bifold door caps as the pivot? Look at our 21-105, 21-106 or 21-110. Let me know what you think!
