Hinged Shower Door Bottom seal

A quick learner from Bloomfield Hills, MI says:
Current sealing is not working well. Water is leaking past the seal and I assume this needs to be replaced. I am looking for a high quality replacement. Additionally current configuration has large gaps at either ends. Is there a better option to replace the hardware at the bottom to ensure end to end robust sealing? Has to be low cost option.

Here's an option: remove this stick-on door seal and install a screw-on type, like our 10-325 shower door sweep. To be clear, you should be very careful when drilling new holes in your door. The last thing you want to do is hit the glass and crack it!
