How do I remove the 26-122 vent latch?

How do you remove and replace part 26-122 vent latch

This vent latch snaps in and is held in with a top and bottom tab.
To remove the broken vent latch, slide a flat chisel under the lip and force the lock out.
Note: You will break the tabs and will not be able to reuse the old vent latch.
