How do you insert these on the side of the windows?

A home owner from Manassas, VA says:
I ordered 2 of part# 26-336. Can you provide brief instructions as to how to insert these on the sides of the window and place the window back on the frame? I was having difficulty placing the tilt window back on the frame after inserting the pivot bars on each side

Dave from SWISCO responded:
Take a look at the nylon tilt shoes in your track. Make sure the cut out is facing up in the center of the shoe. If not, insert a slotted screwdriver into the center and give it a turn so the cut out faces upwards so the pivot bar can be inserted into the shoe. Be careful when turning the center part of the shoe because that is actually the break for the shoe and it can get away from you depending on the tension of the balancer that it is attached to. Let me know if you need any additional details or have any questions.
