To remove pivot lock shoes
For lower/inner sash there should be a cut out at the top of the master-frame,it may be behind the sash stop, if not cut to slide the pivot lock shoe out at the top of the master frame. For upper/exterior sash there should be a cut out at the bottom of the master frame,it may be behind the sash stop, if not cut to slide the pivot lock shoe out of the bottom of the master frame. To install pivot lock shoes For lower/inner sash there should be a cut out at the top of the master-frame,it may be behind the sash stop, if not cut to slide the pivot lock shoe into the top of the master frame. For upper/exterior sash there should be a cut out at the bottom of the master frame,it may be behind the sash stop, if not cut to slide the pivot lock shoe into the bottom of the master frame.
