How to remove bypass doors?

A handy person from Burnaby, British Columbia says:
Hi - Am puzzled how to remove these sliding by pass doors - have tried releasing the bottom rail plastic guide and then tilting the door outwards from the bottom to supposedly release the top roller - but the top which has the 23-027 rollers won't seem to budge - the top roller on the outer door in particular seems to run in a channel that partly encases the roller at both its lower and upper edges - any guidance appreciated - Thanks!!

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I believe this type of door just lifts up and tilts out from the bottom. Do you have a bottom track or floor guide which must be removed first?
A professional from CA says:
Sometimes this type of track has a cut out where the rollers must be before they can be tilted out. Look to see if yours has one.
A quick learner from British Columbia says:
Managed to get them out, while the door was being tilted outwards at the bottom as is usually done to remove them, also had to pry the top wheels a bit outwards with a screw driver behind them .... Thanks
