These operators are fairly simple to install. We don't have a video on the 39-083 exactly, but I've related two similar videos that I think you may find useful. You can see them on the right side of this page.

This type operator is held to the sill with 4 screws in the base, and it's held to the sash with a clip like our 39-170. You want to prop the sash open or have someone hold it while you use the turn lever at the end of the operator arm to detach it from the sash clip. Then, take out the screws in the base and remove the operator. If you have a wood type window, you will need to remove the wood sill cover to access the screws.
