Hurd window balancer friction shoe

Have 1998 Hurd double hung windows with spring balancers and plastic friction shoes. Your item 15-104 looks identical, will it replace factory shoe which is broken? Thanks.

Thanks for posting. I'm not sure exactly what your shoe is, so I can't say for sure if the 15-104 will work. You say it looks identical, so based on that I don't see any reason why it can't work.
