IDENTIFICATION OF PLASTIC TOP SASH GUIDE

A landlord from hawaii says:
My channel balances are s385 but I am unable to identify the top sash guide. they seem to be worn on the retaining lip and some of my channel balances have slipped by the top sash guide and gotten stuck in the raised position when the window was lowered. please help. thanks

Hello! I think you could use our 18-171 as a replacement top sash guide. The top part is a little tall, but if it gets in the way you can always cut it down.
