Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on this information. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.

Looks like you have only shown us the bottom attachment, which appears to be our 15-002. Without also seeing the top attachment, I cannot recommend a Series. When you clicked on the link Tom sent you before, which Series appeared to match?
A handy person from New Smyrna Beach FL says:
Hi guys,
Ok the customer weighed the top sash and came up with 30 pounds.
Also here are the rest of the pictures.(See my email to you this forum failed)
and the bottom plastic pc is 1 1/8" wide, which looks now like a series 390

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks! I have received your images and agree that the Series 390 is the best choice. However, we do not have a standard option for the S390-23 that can carry 30 pounds. It will have to be custom made with our 2260 option. Two balances with this option can carry a sash weight of 27 through 30 pounds. If you want to go that route, then check out this Custom Channel Balance Request Form I've started for you based on your specifications and fill out the blank fields. One of our representatives will get back to you with a price quote and an item to add to your cart.
