Thanks for posting. Please see our 15-046 pivot shoe (1-1/4" wide x 1/2" thick), 5/8" thick Series 600 spiral balance, 26-040 pivot bar, and 26-330 pivot bar housing. This hardware appears to match what you have but please review them just in case.
