Identify replacement Sash Lifts

A quick learner from USA says:
I have broken or roughly operating lifts for windows:

All seem similarly and minimally marked. They are nominally 1/2 inch channel.

1 - 20 inch
4 - 28 inch
8 - 40 inch

28 inch weighs about 20 lbs
40 inch weighs about 38 lbs

Thanks,
Dan

Hello! We can help with these balances. It looks like you have our Series 371 channel balance in each case. Look it over and let me know if this is a match.

If so, the first two balances are standard products and can be found on and purchased from our site. See our S371-20 and S371-28.

The third balance, which measures 40" long, will have to be custom made. Thanks to your helpful information, we have everything we need to do this. I will email you a custom order form and price quote as soon as I'm done writing this response. Once you receive it, you can add the custom balance to your cart as if it were a standard product and continue shopping as normal.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

I apologize for the length of time that has lapsed in between your last response and this one. I believe I am ready to proceed.
I wonder if it would be a good idea to order just one set of the odd length balances to try before completing the order for the other 7.
The balances that are 20 inch and 28 inch I would like to order immediately as well

It's up to you! Once I know exactly how many of each you need, we can proceed.
