Identify storm door stripping

A quick learner from Grand Rapids, MI says:
This stripping is being used to keep the storm door in the frame in winter - is that normal? It doesn't look like it was designed to put in and out each season. All my previous one have had tabs or screws. The dimensions might be a tiny bit bigger than on the photo, like 9/32 and 11/16.

It's vinyl. 55-076 was the closest I could see.

Hope you can help,

Thanks.

Ben.

We don't carry this type of storm door molding, which I believe is meant to keep the frames in the door. The one you picked out, 55-076, might work in your door, but I'm not sure. You might be better off using one of our storm door clips like the 70-110 or the deep reach clip 70-089S along with a sheet metal screw. Would that work?
