Identifying a babdly damaged balance

A home owner from USA says:
Good morning, I was trying to order some parts to repair my windows channel, but the only thing I can get is the number on the channel and the length. The parts are in such a bad shape that if I take a picture of it you can only see pieces of it. Is it possible that you can determine the type of top, bottom guide and sash needed using the number on the channel? Thanks in advance for any assistance that you may be able of provide.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Unfortunately, the number on the channel does not tell us what attachments you have. Do you have another window with the same type of balance, in the same size? If so, you can send pictures of that.
A home owner from USA says:
See if you can tell me which replacement I need to order.
I enclosed photos for 24" and 18" channels.

Thanks for getting back to us. Looks like you only submitted images of the bottom nylon attachment. Could we also see pictures of the top attachment, as well? That will help us determine what Series you have. Otherwise, I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.
A home owner from USA says:
I sent more than five pictures, perhaps they all did not showed. Let's try this again and thanks for your patience.

Take a look and carefully compare the dimensions of the fittings for Series 351 to your own.

For the 24" balance with stamp 2330 see S351-24
For the 18" balance see S351-18
