In-swing awning window hardware

A contractor from Atlanta says:
I am going to be making a couple of basement wood windows. The client wants an awning window that swings into the interior space that can open +/-90 deg. and will stay in any position in-between.

Do you have anything that comes close to these requirements or something that can be adapted for such a purpose?

See our 36-045. This will stay open in different positions with the help of a friction adjustment screw in the nylon slide shoe. However, it only opens to 52 degrees. Our 36-013-10 opens 90 degrees, but will not hold in different positions. It has a regular nylon shoe. You would have to secure the sash open with something like an "eye hook."
