Inoperable Handle

A home owner from USA says:
My house was built in 2008. The lock installer is no longer in business. In any case, the invoice to my contractor says Emtek Cortina Brushed Nickel, but folks at Emtek say that this is not theirs (multipoint) latch. If this is yours, please tell me how I can get a replacement.

The Allen Wrench insert in photo #3 cannot be tightened since the handle (patio door) came off in my hand. The spindle(?) is bent.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for posting. I agree, this doesn't look like an Emtek handle. We actually don't manufacture handles ourselves, but we do carry a wide variety. See our satin finish 40-184 handle set, this might work for your door. It's not as fancy as your lever handle, but it may still work. Otherwise, see if there are any labels or tags on the door that might identify the manufacturer of the door. Check for a shiny AMAA sticker. They should be able to supply you the hardware you need.
