Help with 23-501 Installation

A home owner from Lewiston, Idaho says:
The sliding closet door were taken off to add a shelf inside the closet and repaint, and when we went to put the doors back on, the rollers won't stay on the track. I don't understand why they won't. (we're older)
A home owner from Lewiston, Idaho says:
I bought the replacement parts from you, but, your shipping costs are highway robbery!

Paul from SWISCO responded:
After installing the top track and hangers on the door, install the rear door first by angling the door up to the track and hooking the rollers on, then swinging the door down to the floor. Repeat this with the front door and then install the bottom floor guide. Now, slide the doors and adjust the hangers to square the doors up. Directions do come with the track kit.

I apologize for your dissatisfaction with our shipping costs. The 23-501 is a particularly large package, which accounts for why it might be more than other parts in our catalog.
