Installment Instrux?? Roto 39-325/6

A quick learner from Baltimore, Maryland says:
I need a replacement casement window crank for both a left and right hand vinyl casement window. The windows are about 10 years old. It appears that parts 39-325 and 39-326 on your website match but I have no idea how to get the existing mechanism out and a new one in.

QUESTION: Do you have instructions that detail how to remove and replace the existing mechanism with new part?

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Removing your old operator is simple. Simply open the window and unscrew the base from the sill. Then, detach the end of the arm from the sash. After that, you should be able to just pull it out.
