Inward opening French Casement window weather stripping / seal replacement

A quick learner from Halifax, Canada says:
Hi. Can you help me identify the manufacturer of my basement window pictured? It is an inward open French casement window. I need to replace the bottom weather strip / seal. It is compressed and allowing water to seap in during heavy rain. The drainage track and holes clear. The only identifying marks on the frame are 3 Gr. 0 FFH480-600 stamped on the locking bar and 775 written on the underside. The windows were installed by the previous owner, within the last 5-10 years.

Thank you

David

It's tough to make out what you have, but it's similar to our 58-173. Could you possibly use this as a replacement? Look it over and let me know what you think.
