Is the 87-091 made with a countersink?

A quick learner from Greenwood, IN says:

Pleased as can be that I just found your site, and it appears to have just about exactly what I need.

One question on this 87-091 part: is it, or was it once made with a countersink on the side opposite the slot?

That's the only thing that appears to be different from the mostly broken pieces off the sliding windows on the kids' house.

Yes, our 87-091 has a countersink hole. Check out the image below.
