Jalousi window crank stripped

A home owner from woodbury, NJ says:
Good morning! Please take a look at both pictures, one of them has a replacement crank for the windows and the other is the one that needs to be replaced. You will see the arm is stripped and I am not positive of how to replace this. It appears that there are replacement cranks(Gray window crank in picture 1). Can you help with this? I need to be able to close the window. Thank you for your help!!

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I believe your operator might be a match for our 39-025, but you will need to remove yours from the window to confirm that it does indeed match. Make sure to check all the dimensions we show. Also look at the 70-080 and 70-106 screen clips. Yours in the photo look damaged.
