I am attaching photos and a sketch with measurements of a Jalousie Window Operator like the ones installed on a house in Christiansted, St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.
I need to know if you have a replacement model for this and I need a quantity of four (4) units. I also need to know if you can ship these directly to St Croix to a business street address.
Please let me know the Model # and cost for four (4) units plus shipping.
Thanks
Scott

Thanks for posting, Scott! I think that you should take a look at our 39-074 Lenahan Window Crank, or our 39-280 Awning Operator. Do either of these look like they may match your own hardware? Make sure to compare their dimensions to what you have. Let me know what you think!

To Dave @ SWISCO:
I AGREE THIS LOOKS LIKE THE SAME HARDWARE, AND IT HAS THE STRAIGHT ARM EXTENSION.
HOWEVER, I CHECKED THE DIMENSIONS LISTED FOR THE 39-074 LENAHAN wINDOW CRANK, AND THE ONE I HAVE HAS AN ARM EXTENSION MEASUREMENT OF 2 3/16" BETWEEN HOLE CENTERS, NOT THE 2 9/16" MEASUREMENT INDICATED ON THE MODEL 39-074!
IS THERE ANOTHER MODEL THAT MATCHES THIS 2 3/16" MEASUREMENT OR DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
PLEASE ADVISE
THANKS,
SCOTT

Thanks for getting back to us, Scott. I don't think it will bother you too much, since you have some travel in the operator.
