Good afternoon! Thanks for posting. I'm afraid that I cannot tell exactly what you have based on these pictures. I can see the base of the operator, but not the arms. Our 39-027E and 39-028E could work for you, but you will need to remove the operator from the window and carefully compare to make sure. As for the handle, check out our 39-114L and 39-205.
