Jordan Window Channel Balance Replacements

Hi:
I need to replace channel balances in several windows in my house. We'll start with these -- the channel measures 29", excluding the end pieces. The only markings I see show "28 3 JO CALDWELL". You will see this in one of the attached photos. I watched your videos, and followed the instructions. Thanks for providing the excellent videos. We'll get the windows in this room done first, then I'll do 2 more rooms with your help. Thanks! Jim
